Return Eligibility

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition (no stains, odors, or damage)
  • In the original packaging
  • Approved by our support team before sending it back

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed products
  • Items with removed or broken packaging
  • Items damaged due to improper use

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Defective or Wrong Item?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll cover all shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.
